Had a dream last night.

I was a soldier out on patrol. We get ambushed by giant ass bugs from Starship Troopers. They keep coming. There's this one dude who thinks he's a hero; we all think he's going to get us killed. We find this long ditch and jumped in to get cover. It becomes bigger and we're at the bottom of a canyon.

In the canyon we find an abandoned city. Modern but worn away by the shifting sand. This regular army general is with us and once to sit and wait for back up. I sneak away and find a way out. The colonel tells the general to shut up and for us to get ready to run.

Me and someone else are looking for a vehicle we can use to transport everyone out. They're all too old or too slow or too small. I walk ahead and she's ambushed behind me. I try to flank the guy from behind but he's waving a knife around. I think he's blind.

We pin him to the ground and see he's in fatigues. We try to interrogate him, but he's fighting us.

Then my alarm goes off.
