With all of the craziness I've had to endure from my work/extended family situation, it's been a long time since I've had a laid back day.

Slept in a little and met the family for lunch. I got us fried chicken from this little place we'd go to when we were kids.

Lunch with the family (immediate) was nice. I tried to put all the stupid stuff I have going on in the cupboard, but they were sympathetic and bitched with me for a bit. My sister is doing her finals at the Cordan Bleau this coming week, and she thinks she can do it with an A.

But the best thing about my folks and sisters is that we are very close, but we also know exactly how long we can spend in each other's company before we drive each other crazy. So everybody went their separate ways.

I got some good laps in the pool, too. Now I'm EXHAUSTED.

(I would have gotten that Triforce tattoo already, but I couldn't take all that time not swimming.)

Now I'm at home playing video games and watching Columbo.

I really needed a nice day like that.
