I love Yoga! I have not been introduced to something so amazing since snowboarding, before that diving, and before that skateboarding. I did my first peacock last night, where you put your elbows on your hips, balance and support your weight. It is funny how your subconscious really plays tricks on you...telling you there is no way in hell you can accomplish something so strange, then your conscious says fuck it, might as well try it, then you surprise yourself. Where did the self-limiting beliefs come from?

I know people swear and live by Yoga... personaly I don't get excersice, or working out or stretching but I hear yoda great for your sex life.

lol, well some of us are not as fortunate enough to not have to do any of the above, but my early 30ies changed that for me but I am in more flexible than I used to be and it is always a constant challenge which I LOVE!! I can't say it has improved my sex life but since my girlfriend is a yoga instructor...it has definitely made it more interesting and a lot of fucking fun!!!
