Had my EGD procedure. They gave me a drug that pretty much made me pass out in less that a minute. Spent the day in a daze. I now have bruises where they tried to put the IV in me. Not fun at all. I am trying so hard to get through this. It is hard to hold it together and not feel ashamed that it has come down to something so evasive. Please understand if I cry or get emotional.

The best how to bear the pain is not to fight against it but to let her in and out.
That way you remain as calm as possible and you see life progresses in a healthier way.
Do not forget that what you want is going to hurt now but after the ultimate goal is a long life with a smile!
