This is pretty much the only place I can vent without the Ex seeing it. So here it goes. They call them exes for a reason. A couple years ago when we were married we filled taxes together like any other couple. He had lost his job and had removed his 401k. The greedy little bastard that he is he did not claim the extra 10 % penalty you are suppose to pay in taxes for doing so. Two years later I get a notice from the IRS saying that we owe them back taxes. After reviewing all the paperwork I figured out it was the 10% percent. I spoke to him about it and he promised to pay. He had managed to file his taxes before the IRS could withdraw the funds he owed. So this year I get a lovely little letter from the IRS saying that if I don't pay they will attempt to get the money by lien etc..
Why am I so pissed? Well first he said he would take care of it and like the loser that he always was he failed me once again. Second I am moving and cannot afford for the IRS to take the money owed out of my return. Monday I am going to call them and try to reach a payment agreement but right now all I want to do is punch him in the face. So glad I will be out of this state and done with him once and for all when I am gone.

Damn.
Exes do have a way of sucking. And never in a good way. I hope it gets sorted without any more shenanigans.
