Did the unspeakable today actually walked to the post office. Now this might not sound like much a feat for most people. But consider this for the last year of so I have had a pretty sedentary lifestyle. I relayed on cars to get my everywhere, rarely biked or walked anywhere. The post office is a little over a mile away. Round trip this was 2.5 miles. I looked it up when I finally got back to the house. I was on my way to pick up a tablet pc a client had sent me. It seems to be working ok for what I need it for. It will take me some time to get used to it. So now that I am back at the house I start to feel sick. The type where you can't seem to get out of the bathroom. Needless to say I have one hell of a sunburn and am just going to take it easy today .
