Sir and I are in the process of planning our collaring ceremony. Nothing too elaborate or fancy but small and intimate. So far we have picked the place. We are going to have it at the hot springs and stay overnight . Now you might be saying to yourself " isnt it a bit hot for the hot springs" . Yes if you only go in the hot ones but they have cooling tubs and baths for patrons to use. The next thing we must work on is date and details of the ceremony. Whats bothering me , although I understand, is the husband is not sure he wants to attend. I cant blame him really , it is as if he is losing a part of me. We keep trying to explain that I will always be his wife and love him just as I have before. Being poly and having open relationships can be trying sometimes. I look at each day as an opportunity to learn and grow with the people I am with. No one is perfect nor do I expect them to be. Laid out by the pool this morning and I think Im a bit toasted. Cleaning with the hubbies gf today and then I will read some more of the sleeping beauty series by Anne Rice. I will say this about my work , it has allowed me the opportunity to be free with my sexuality and learn about things I would have never imagined.
