Today we bottled the wine. Eighteen bottles we ended up filling, Im sure it could have been more but we spilled some the first time we transfered it before letting it sit for three more months. Tasting our first batch was amazing , it does have a strong content but non the less just right. I am glad we did this and are sure to start another batch in the next month. Not counting supplies to make it , the honey and yeast cost us about $45.00. Later today its off to get massages and a sewing machine. Then its party time tonight.
