You know how things just happen to work out when life seems to be going downhill that has been my week. Ken and I went on our annual trip to Lyman Lake this weekend and so didnt want to leave. We looked at some property while we were there and thats all it took. We decided we needed a plan , a budget of sorts to lower our bills and having us moving within a year. When we arrived home there it was a check from Kens dads estate . It was the thing we needed more than anything, we immediately went to the bank. Ken deposited the check and has paid off all his debts. We plan on paying mine off tomorrow. Minus the student loan and put a large down payment on a piece of property, but a camper and move by November . We still need to make a financial plan , so that we dont end up screwing ourselves in the long run. He will be applying at some electrial /power companies in the area so as to have a job lined up. If all goes according to plan we wont even have a fee to pay at an rv park if we need to live away from the land and work it from afar. The lake has a prorgram where we can volunteer 20 hours a week and get free rental space. Life is good.
