Can I just say I love massages. I dont know why I dont get them more often. Yesterday the hubby and I went to Massage Envy on 16th st and Camelback here in Phoenix. They have them all over the valley but this one seems to have the best hours. We each got a one hour deep tissue massage .The rates were awesome and my back feels so much better. We deceided to get a monthly membership and are sure to take advantage of their facilities a lot. I had Carlos and Ken had Richard both of which were awesome therapist. Ya ya I know I sound like an infomercial but I can't help but share. Later we went to http://www.chinobandido.com/
and ate oh so good. When you go there please dont let the dive atmosphere scare you this is a local favorite and the food is worth it. Today we will be going to http://www.arcosanti.org/project/activities/main.html and then its off to http://www.badassbbq.net/. Will post pics later.
