Not so much this week as I wasn't feeling well.
Have been doing a lot more walking and overall exercising. Walking allows me to clear my head a little bit. Added ankle and arm weights today as I walked. I can so feel it.

Signs you have found the one.
Spent 2 hours in the dentist with him today. After he drove me to the bookstore, out to lunch ( thank God I was starving) and took me to the hydroponics store. But what made him even more epic he went on a 4 mile walk with me tonight for support.
