I bought Jamie_Trecker a fine V-day gift. He's a good husband. I am a lucky mess of a girl and am grateful for his seemingly endless amounts of patience with me some days. I hope your partner is as good to you as he is to me.
AND, I booked some karma points today -- a drunk woman fell into the street tonight, so I called an ambulance and waited until I knew she was ok. It was a bit scary, as she really hurt herself (I think she at least has a concussion and dislocated shoulder).
Kids, a lesson -- if you drink, please, please be careful. Call someone, hell, get my number if you need one and you're in Chicago. You can rebuild your health, even your dignity, but trust me, it's a LONG road back.
