Ok fuck it... this is going to be my running log.
Did three miles today... some sprints at the turn-around point and a sprint at the end but only because I was in pain from the hike-induced road-rash that I'm still not fully recovered from.
There's a 15K in March I want to do. 9.3 miles or something like that. Seems do-able. 3 miles a day now, 5 miles a day by the 20th of Jan, and then maybe working out some crazy algebra for a a pair of 8-10 mile runs each week by Feb 15th. There... it looks simple in it's sentence form, so it can't be that hard.
Now that that is settled...
