So, its been a while. I kinda ran out of steam after my op, and couldn't really go and do much after with the healing and recuperation and all. Its that horrid time of year again, when shops play non stop Christmas music too early, tinsil and green and red become staples, and a german with an eating disorder tries to force his wares onto children.
If you couldn't tell from the above, I'm one of the lucky few who suffer from "seasonal blues", so the next few months will be a low point for me. Double this year, as I'm not really in a relationship, and my friends have been slowly trickling out of Reading for the last year or so. I don't blame them, this place is a rancid shit hole, a by way for people to get to somewhere else, and a purgatory for anyone left to fend for themselves in it.
Regardless of all this, I'm attempting to gain extra employment during this time, as I'm saving for a holiday (my first!)so I've no choice but to brave it all. SIgh...
Its not all bad though. I'm quite happy with my drawings of late, the comic trundles on, and I've gotten on top of my finances finally after much stress.
That's about it with me. Boring yes, but I prefer that to the chaos of the last year.
