So,
In the months since my last post, I have failed to obtain a job, get to the 'States to see my girlfriend, and been threatened with the loss of my home by my family. Its been a different year so fa, to say the least.
If I had any idea that it would have been this much of a struggle, I would have stayed in the bar trade, in spite of what it was doing to me, health wise. At least I could safely bet on the hours I would get, and not always fight with a boss who didn't know what she was doing over things that never really mattered.
Its put a real strain on me, this having no job. but I've tried to keep positive. Alot of exercise, better eating, less booze... I look better than I did six months ago, thats for sure.
Lets hope for some better luck soon, eh?
