I'm back! Upbeat, relaxed, happy and enjoying what life has to offer. Easy to lose sight of what we have but, in truth, I have it all. I'm recharged and excited again. Just wanted to share that. Thanks for the kind words when I've been down, it was helpful and greatly appreciated!

There's this iconic passage from the Dhammapada which I really enjoy and have been reading every day; it's good advice:

The thought manifests as the word,
The word manifests as the deed,
The deed develops into habit,
The habit hardens into character,
So watch the thought and its ways with care,
And let it spring from love,
Born out of concern for all beings...
As the shadow follows the body,
As we think, so we become.
