have you tried saving them as a different name via paintbrush?...that one person suggested sending them to him/her...he/she might be able to reduce the file size for ya...

Missshelley - I did flash the flesh... ALL of it !! That schoolgirl pic is only one out of 60 that I sent. I can't figure out how to reduce the KB's so I can post more of them. But I think you might be right about the photo resolution. Thanks for the feedback.
