Think I'm gonna take in that movie THE JACKET this week.
Wrote two chapters in my latest novel on Sunday.
I felt like they came out kinda shitty when I wrote them but Burroughs used to say that when you write something you think is stellar...throw it in the garbage because it's probably crap!
So... if I write something I think sucks it might be pretty good.
Whatever.
I've got the next chapter all outlined (I outline most of the chapters and scenes before I write then like a high school book report:

Anyhow, so I've got that to write and my dream catalogue... last night I had a dream about the band Six Feet Under fighting zombies in a high school with some Bosch imagery thrown in there, which didn't really make sense but that's why it's a dream!... It was a super entertaining dream and I felt like I'd walked out of a good movie (like 28 DAYS LATER or RESIDENT EVIL) after waking up.
RUM DIARY is a depressing but beautiful book!
That girl, Sepsis, is a goregous sweetheart, but it makes me sad that alot of the good things and people are kept way up in Canada. Don't get me wrong; America's got it going on in a lot of respects, but I just canNOT give love to a country that would knowingly re-elect Bush.
Tonight I have a chapter to write, some chapters to READ for my LAST CLASS ON THURSDAY and then I think I'll read myself to sleep with some RUM DIARY!
