So, that year happened.

2011: Be more like the END of 2010 and not like the beginning. Thanks.

Seriously, I can't complain. The second half of 2010 was really amazing. I spent one of the best summers of my (adult) life, then started what has turned out to be an amazing job. Sure, I don't live in the place I love the most, but I still visit more often than most. I've got great friends, healthy family and a huge johnson. Not bad.


The past is never dead. It's not even past. My man Bill Faulkner said that.

It's (new Dirtbombs) different. Walking into it with the expectations I brought to, say, Dangerous Magical Noise or even Ultraglide would be uncomfortable. The tracks I like I really love, but there's a few on there that just remind me of why I didn't get really into house/techno the first time around. It's plenty chewy, this album, I'm going to spend some time digesting it. Sad news is, doesn't look like they'll be touring in support of.
