I taught myself really hard math!!!!!!
all in 3 hours. I mastered binomial theorem. But discovered that 9 years since an algebra course is too long to remember everything, so i'm going to look online for a refresher course.
Now I only have a one page paper left to do tonight, before i pass out.
tomorrow I get to go downtown for breakfast at honey's...

excellent title biggrin
goob:
I feel bad for the poor waitress. I worked from 10:45am yesterday until 5:45 before I ate anything. And I almost didn't get the chance.

had a great girly day. Started off the day with my friend Sara, who picked me up for breakfast. We went to our favorite spot in northern liberties, honey's. It's jewish southern cuisne, so huge portions and good home cooked food. I had my standard lox, sara enjoyed the vegetarian chicken friend steak (don't even ask). After stuffing ourselves silly we decided to celebrater her...

oh man silly antics at the sex toy shop... people look so creepy usually when they are in there. like regular people look when buying condoms... they look around and then when they think the coast is clear they nab what they want. I like runnin around with sex toys in hand... I remember when I was in my friends room and found her dildo lying on the ground I picked it up and ran around her house screamin I have a dildo... she was so embarrased but laughed at it! tongue
Oh and Jewish southern cuisine, never heard of such stuff... I need to try it sometime.
helter:
not exactly... it's kinda chunky, but all in all it is very spreadable.
surprisingly bland though, with a little butter it's very good.

okay a real update and my sincere apologies for not keeping up with everyone else's jounrals since the New Year.
I am still working a ton, but changed my schedule so that i'll have more time off. I also decided, sort of spur of the moment, to go back to school. So now I'm taking Advertising and Modern College Math 2. I'm psyched. i've already...

Naked lady break!!!! Good choice.

Back to school. Nice. I'm sort of feeling that urge as well but that would actually require me moving (which I don't really plan on doing in the near future). So good luck getting all edumakated and such.
goblintcat:
It's true that C list stars from days gone by do seem to appear on a semi-regular basis in my journals. I blame work! When I'm at work my mind tends to wander to the strangest things every once and a while. Yesterday, it was poor old Falco. Today...who knows! That's the great things about the C list. There are mountains of folks to wonder about. Like Mr. T or Kirk Cameron. tongue

I don't know if I could do a Masters online. That would be ideal. Unfortunately, I think I would have to drive for and 1 and a half every day to go to school any other way (which seems excessive) frown

this isn't a real update. this is a fake update.

NYE was awesome. I've been working non-stop since.
I'm going to try to get up to school to register for this semester (because I have so much free time obviously).
Now I plan on lying in bed and watching buffy.

eeek

yep.
goblintcat:
Buffy rocks! Especially "Hush" and "Once more with feeling". Both of which, strangely enough, were the subject of conversation at the bar I just came home from!
rickroyal:
Buffy watching has become dangerous for me. I'll turn FX on and see an episode and be forced to watch it. Then, having to watch the next episode, I find the dvd and throw that in. Suddenly it's six hours later, I've eaten all the toast, and I've been arrested for running through the streets cursing Marti Noxon's name. Or something.

And yes, like yourself I do love Dar Williams. Though I must ask: who, having heard her, wouldn't love her? Simply an amazing artist.

I do wish, though, that she'd collaborate with Richard Shindell again. Her cover of "The Ballad of Mary Magdelane" is amazing, and it'd be great to hear her cover some more of his songs.

Chrsitmas was the same as usual with my family this year. It started off with me at work and ended with a giant monkey on the empire state building.
Whatever.
hope everyone had a good one. haven't spent a lot of time online this week, or sleeping for that matter. I'm not sure what i've been doing that consumed so much of my fucking time....

they are synonymous.
I have the same dilemna you do, I don't know what to do on NYE!
seaniefresh:
Char & I are being interviewed today for a show / segment on HGTV called "I Want That". M & T got us matching scrolling LED belt buckles from Thinkgeek.com. The shows producers tracked Marco down and now we're stars. I'm not sure where the midgets come into play, but midgets are always fun.

kung_fu_tattoo:
I wanted to wish you a merry christmas, but I remembered you hate christmas. So enjoy a day off of work? Hope things are going well for you. My family plans fell through, so I'll be sitting at home by myself for most of it. Unless, I can find a Chinese restaurant that's open. "Fa-ra-ra-ra-ra, ra-ra-ra-ra" biggrin

We are sorry to inform you that recently there have been pointless freakouts. This is an ongoing problem we are trying to fix, and we apologize greatly for any and all inconvenience on your part.
We are working around the clock with top pharmacologists to asses and properly treat the overt symptoms, but expect these pointless freakouts to occur until 2006.
We wish to thank...

Aw, the management is all nice and friendly. Freak outs are a part of life. I'd rather have you around with freak outs than not have you around to chat with at all! wink

Oh and as for gypsys smelling funny, well so do my cats! miao!!

I missed you @ M&T's last night. I got you a present. biggrin

So I've had this intese paranoia that something bad is about to happen. Everytime my phone rings i have a panic attack, and every time i leave my house i expect there to be some sort of accident. I don't think i'm going to leave my house aside form work until 2006, for fear of an anvil falling on me.

I swear i can't hande...
