hmmm. almost 2 a.m. I hardly got any sleep last night (3 hours) and I've been up since about 7 a.m. so I should be exhausted. And I am. Yet I can't sleep. a dose of that old insomnia. something is obviously on my mind, preventing me from sleeping. must sort out my thoughts.

OK then, I will now withdraw, crawl under a rock and die... I meant to say do some thinking...

Insomnia's the bitch. You're tired but can't sleep. That brain just keeps on while the body is letting you know it's time to pass out. But that brain won't stop until it's satisfied which seems to be never.

I get the feeling I know what's eating your sleep away . I'm not a doctor either which actually makes it better. At least I'll know from personal experience what I'm talking about. tongue

ok man, I hope by the time you read this you'd have slept.
