i apologize to you all for my lack of blogging this past month. it has been a two-fold issue: 1) i have actually been working, though not as much as december, and 2) i've been staying at steven's almost every night. and he doesn't have the internet.

quick recap of my holiday:
- x-mas was good. i got almost $200 in best buy gift cards and had a fun time seeing my family.
- new years sucked balls. a chain of little things kept annoying me until i saw steven at 4am. (he saw a concert in baltimore at Ramshead and i saw a concert at the 9:30 Club in DC.) things got better after that. we slept in on the 1st til 4pm. it was a good first day.

as i said before, surprisingly i have been working enough to get by. theatre has picked up enough to keep me steadily busy until the end of the month, which is refreshing because i thought i was going to be on vacation the entire time. it turned out to last about two weeks.

i've been staying with steven a lot lately. A LOT. it's nice to have someone to sleep next to at night. and talk to about the random things that happened with your day. we have fun together, even though he has no tv. we talk, we watch dvds (he has a portable player), and we go out to actually do things. i never thought i wouldn't miss tv, but when i'm with him, i don't. and it nice to save on gas between gigs.

but with all this going on, i've been absent from my other friends' lives. (btw, why does that happens with people in relationships?) i need to work on that, though not til work dies down again cause unfortunately i'm scheduled to work on weekends.
