i have a new found appreciation for my cruise control in my car. my feet were killing me after work tonight (and still are), so much so that i pretty much used the cruise control the entire way home.
i made pretty good money tonight. i had a 10 top birthday with 20somethings who ordered A LOT of drinks (especially 20oz Buds). i think i got $30 on that table alone. also i split a 20 top with another server, it was yet another birthday, the parents paid, and gave us $40 on the credit card. the bill was under the other server's name, so he's gonna tip me out when he gets the money.
of course i had one bad table, but i guess that is to be expected. all-in-all a good night.
random question: is crusie control an option on a stick shift?
yesterday i had my first approach by a guy trying to get my number. kinda surprised me. i was tired from lack of sleep the night before and wasn't really looking all that good (at least i thought), and yet this guy still stepped to me. of course i declined in a nice way. he was definantly NOT my type and i don't know if i could ever accept a guy i met thru my job. just a bit too odd.
random thought: huh. that guy threw me a little. most of the time i forget people are attracted to me.

People seem to have a huge problem with the ergonomics of the radio/CD in the Scion. I have no problem with it, but Consumer Reports complained, so now the steering wheel has the CD/ volume controls where cruise control would be, and I guess I confused this for including some cruise control at first.
