well...
i graduated from bartending school this past friday. i have a diploma and this little certification card i now carry in my wallet. i just have to remember to laminate it before time destroys it.
monday begins the great job hunt. i'm going to be hitting up restaurants and bars in columbia, fells point, the inner harbor, federal hill and towson. according to my instructor (yes, i know he's a drunk but he has gotten jobs before) the key to finding a good bar gig is "ponuding the pavement," going to as many places as possible and selling yourself. now of course this is something i already knew. it's just nice to hear someone else say it, too. the last job i had (shuttle), i applied, interviewed, and was hired within a week. i hope that happens again. my bank account is slowly dwindling.
also this friday, after class, i raced home, changed, sped to pick up Tigerwong from work, and headed over to BOUND. i had a fun time, tho we were quite the late. my class lasted til 10:30pm, so we didn't get there til midnight. i had lots of fun tho. there was a sensual masseur who worked on my back, thighs, and bum. that was amazing there was lots of dancing, more than usual from our little group, so i was quite happy with that as well. Dierdre had a really intense scene, but thankfully was okay after some time to recover from it. the night ended with the three girls of our group (the third being Mnislahi) grinding together on one of the last songs. i'm sure the boys loved that.
BOUND is always a fun time and has yet to disappoint.
