5 more days until Scarce!!!! I'm so excited. I'm just finding out details about the show. My friend won the tickets from a college radio station and he says that it's a very small club so I'm about ready to pee myself. Ahhh... to be a couple of feet away from Chick... I can't believe it. He said that there is a bar there too so at least I can get a couple of drinks in me before I make an ass out of myself. This should be good. This should be REAL good. The only thing that sucks is that I can't get the next day off so I'm going to have to beat-feet at a decent time. The show starts at 9:30 so it shouldn't be too bad. The band only has 1 full length album and 3 ep's so I'm not predicting a 3 1/2 hour show like I had with Pearl Jam. But Sleater-Kinney played for a while so I was happy to sit there till 11:45.

I looked the band up on ILike and it turns out that I'm the person that listens to them the most online, LOL. They keep a chart of who plays them consistantly on ITunes or any MP3 download system and I was at the top of the list with 150 hits. I was shocked and honored, LOL. ILike is attached to Itunes and it gives you music news and free downloads based on what you're listening to at the moment. If you look at my MySpace page, it tells you what was the last song I listened to on Itunes and what are my top bands that I listen to though ITunes That's how I know that I'm their biggest ITunes fan, LOL. I'm probably not their biggest fan in the world but online is a pretty cool distinction.

I'm off... I got to go find some smokes... I still have half a carton left but I'm not going to feel like going out before the show to pick some up for the night. I'll forget to do it Monday and Tuesday.
