"What a difference a day makes".


My gf and I are no longer exes, we are current once more. We sat down and talked things over, and there has been some lack of communication, and some misunderstanding. Actually, a lot of misunderstanding. It really is the little nuances, the tiny details, that make and break relationships.

And the fallout and the ill feeling have actually done us the world of good. I know I appreciate her a lot more (I missed her terribly) and we've both realised that we need to have horizons beyond each other. I also need to grow up. But don't worry folks, only a little.

There'll still be plenty of inane shit.

We're going for a drink on Sunday, and it feels like a first date. I can't wait.
