added some photos for all to enjoy- had to isolate still shots from my camcorder, so the quality is not too great, but the spirit of the photos is all there...
looking back at the last few months of my life, I have decided that I need to slow down a bit. No more recreational narcotics for a long time. No more heavy boozing for a long time as well. Time to start eating healthy again. MORE SLEEP IS REQUIRED. I need to make time for myself and my interests as well, and stop sacrificing myself for my company. I will continue to do a kick-ass job while at work, but my time away from work is exactly that- MY TIME. More time spent with family and friends. more time rehearsing and recording and writing. More time enjoying life.
change is in the air, very fitting for this spring transitional period.
