another monday down the hatch... beautiful day today, i think it was 80 degrees and nice and sunny, nice breeze - fucking awesome. Work was drudgery today, very few loads went out in spite of the great working weather. Big meeting earlier with the CEO/CFO/GM/etc... frustrating. Currently enjoying some whiskyand colas and a fairly stout joint. joints are the rarity around here, but the do fill a certain void quite nicely every now and then. listening to Capitel V: Bergtatt: ind i fjeldkamarene by none other than Norway's own Ulver. fucking awesome song.

had an awesome weekend- spent tome with mom and the sisters. good deal, had a few beers with pops andtalked and bullshitted and carried on... good times.

kinda forgot what life actually fealt like there for a while: just been working so much, i guess. I apire even more strongly now to secure my future though harrd work and determination now, whilst I am able. I do not want to be one of those sixty year old guys that still works because he has to. I want to be one of those early-retire parents that gets to enjoy life with thosewho matter most.

I think purchasing some knock-around land in a place like montana or wyoming is warranted. just a place to go and shoot guns and drink beer and not have to worry about the fucking neighbors.
