First off, with the advent of the new year (and, more importantly, the end of the hectic holiday season), I am resuming my search for an apartment - I need to get out of my folk's house. Any leads on a 2-bedroom in Portland (with easy access to the Lloyd Center area) for under $600 are greatly appreciated... Some poor soul lost a $100 gift card for Hot Topic at my store over the holiday season. After waiting a week, to give them a chance to reclaim it (unfortunately it was paid for in cash, so there was no way to backtrack to the owner), I ended up spending it on a Zelda Hoody and a pair of 'canadian camo' converse.Also, since one of my coworker's girlfriend works for Torrid (50% off, apparently), he was able to spend the card as well (without me losing anything). I hope whoever lost the card gets some karmic payback...
I had a bug on Friday - my tummy got all upset and bloated. Thankfully the store was slow that night, but it wasn't exactly the most pleasant way to spend a birthday. Now my Dad is working his way through it. Dance classes start up again next week. Given the schedules I'll likely be getting this month, I should be able to hit a lot of them.
I ended up preforming a little salsa at my Teacher's last monthly dance; spent some time getting to know Alex (a girl I'd seen around some of her classes), she seems nice.Well, that's it for now...
