When I started my weight loss program and journey back in May I was in a bad place physically and emotionally. I weighed 294 pounds when I started. Very upsetting and disappointing for sure but I had self belief and worked very hard. Had many peaks and valleys along the way. Still trying to improve and better myself and my eating habits but very proud to report that I now weigh 260.6 pounds!!! That is the lowest I have weighed in a really long time!!! Orale!!! 😀😀😀😀😀😀😎😎😎 Still pumped and very proud of myself for losing this much weight!! Wasn't easy at all but blessed and thankful I got to join a badass weight loss program thru my employer!!!! 😀😀😀😀 wanna share with you pictures of me back in May to today!!!
