Man oh man do i hate learning shit the hard way yo!!!! Ugh lol 😂😂. Maybe it was a good thing but yeah really gonna start buckling down and start losing weight. I had to go to urgent care today because I though I hurt my liver after a mishap in the shower where i hurt my liver bending my body a few days ago. Luckily nothing serious but it could have been worst. Gotta see a liver specialist in like 3 months. Been exercising more often, I walk mainly. Used to run but my big ass gets hurt too much to that yet lol. 😂😂😂 but yeah want to exercise even more but eating has always been my issue. After this unwanted wake up call I am giving up junk food for good!!! No sugary foods either!! If I get the urge to eat I will drink a lot of agua.
