So yeah sorry I can't show everyone the bracelet or my cute little endstand that I kinda made last night. Although I dusted off my camera and took some pics last night I forgot to bring in my usb cord so I can't show them to you yet. I was looking around for an end table for beside my bed and since my (new) bed (queen sized - those extra inches on the side and end are freakin fantastic yo) is on the floor, the end table needed to be kinda low. Well I couldn't find anything whatsoever that I was satisfied with at target or any of the arc stores or even good will, so I said to myself, "self, do you have anything at home you could use?" and I answered back, "yeah, the safebox in your closet" And I thought for a moment and then stopped at home, measured the box, went to home depot, bought a piece of wood, got it cut, bought four little scres in feet things that go on the bottom of fridges, went home and drilled a few holes, and stuck the feet in the wood and had a little tiny table about a few inches high and put a little mounting puddy on the bottom of each foot and placed it on the top of my safe. See the thing is the safe couldn't work as a table since the turny thingy sticks up and the handle sticks up and the hinges are up in the back, so this table makes a nice end stand for my bed. All I need now is a pice of cute fabric to throw over it to make it look pretty with everything else, plus I bought a 3 dollar lamp which rocks by the way to put on the end table. I have a picture but again I can't show it to you yet.
Sorry Ramby, for the quick updates. Thing is, I never could keep a journal very long, it took too long to write everything down by hand and I could easily read back over everything and think it was stupid. This way I am typing and I am having so much funand other people can read it right away. This is like the best site ever. yay.
And craft night huh? Someone called me crafty just yesterday. So I went to the myspace you gave me Ramby and I had to sign up and junk and I couldn't find how to respond and I didn't know what you wanted me to do and I got scared and ran away. So, if you would like me to attend your craft night thinger I would be honored to do so, just let me know what the dealy is and what I need to do/bring/show and tell etc. k? cool.
adn since you mentioned that here's something I did when I first got to colorado, I found this in the basement of the apartment I lived in and did a little work on it.
