A famous producer in Hollywood Mustapha Akkad died. He and his daughter were killed in the Jordan Bombings.

He produced the Halloween series and gave John Carpenter the money to make the first classic. Halloween is my favorite film of all time and this year we have lost both Debra Hill (Producer, Co-Writer) and Mr. Akkad.
