With help of my amazing wife I realized that I was holding onto shit from my childhood that was affecting every relationship and decision I have made for the last 10-15 years. I finally let go of some of the anger and emotion wrapped up in the pile of shit and let it rest on someonelses shoulders for a while.
Hopefully happy days ahead or at least happier days. .
