Nothing new here, the ladies birthday is today....so we are gonna have a cake tonight....yipee...

I ordered my new DSLR today, got a decent price on a new Digital Rebel, I have only been lusting after it for a while now, and decided that the price was just about right, so I went ahead and ordered it before Xmas to be sure I get it and it doesn't get back-ordered. The whole thing with shipping came to $811, with a $100 rebate so it will be $711. Not too bad considering it is selling elsewear for $900+.

Now all I need in the battery grip, another battrry and a 1GB Flash card, and i will be a pictuer taking fool.

I have had a Canon SLR for many years now, and just never really use it because developing film gets expensive and can be a pain in the ass.....I have been looking for a reason to take some more college classes (i graduated 8 years ago.) Maybe I will checkout some basic photography courses.
