So today it would seem that my brain thought it would be great and throw me a curve ball during dinner out with my parents by having me break out into tears at a family restaurant. There are more details about what caused it but I'll spare you for now, suffice to say it had to do with my bout with PTSD and the depression i have found myself in for the last 4 years. This is a first for me as to have an outward emotional break like this. were as before they were mostly Anxiety attacks for no apparent reason. Figures this happens after i managed to miss my last session on the 24th. So tomorrow I shall get my social worker on the horn and book another meet. Of which i dread greatly. So everyone I wish you all a very special weekend, and for us Yanks, Enjoy the Super Bowl! :D
