Hey thanks for the birthday wishes evahreebahdee. Wow I haven't been on for a while, bad plan. Uhm, jeez what do you say to a journal you haven't updated in over half a year? Lotta shit going on. Went to Japan, got a new car (Toyota Prius), doing the college thing, started doing the RPing thing recently and became a moderator on Gaia Online. That's a pretty general run-up of everything worth mentioning I think.

I never really did the roleplaying thing before. I mean, I attempted to do some when I was a kid but there was no dice involved and it sucked. So I stayed out of it until just this past November I got into a Vampire game. But I ran into some similiar problems which was characters made just for the story (I made a generic Malkavian character) felt too unnatural to me. I was quiet a lot, I didn't really grasp what I should've been doing sometimes, it was a mess. Still fun, but a mess none-the-less. But I was enjoying myself so I wanted to give it another shot so I started on a new char for the game.

I haven't played since my old char died but I'm hoping this new one works better. I took a pre-existing char I have and re-tooled 'em a bit into a Vampire char. That way I already know how they act, the transition would, in theory, be more fluent. Also with this char I actually put work into building the sheet. The other one was just adding dots to neato stuff, this one was actually thought through. I did research on everything, gave the char a specific tailored history, I even went as far as to order some of the books. We'll just have to see how that goes when we can get another session.

So, yeah...
