So I got a house under contract today.

I should settle on the 5th of Sept. and be in my new house by Oct 1.

I'm as happy as the non-emotional can be, which means if you saw me you would not be able to tell.

Found a really nice townhouse that I wanted, made an offer, someone else also made an offer, I did not get the house the sellers went with the other buyers offer. That sucks b/c it was really what I wanted.
