I'm getting back into the work out routine after my week almost completely off from working out...

40mile bike ride today...not to bad

I have the above web-site listed on my favorites under Fitness/Keep Dreaming/Ironman/Iron Distance Races...I guess that after Oct 16 I will have to move it out of the Keep Dreaming folder

yesterday I had a squirrel hanging on the side of my house above my door...I went out and heard this weird noise and looked up and there he was...I thought he was unable to get down so I tried to open a window and extract him from the wall and put him in a garbage can....when he saw me he climbed down a little and then jumped about 10 feet to the ground...I had seen a cat a little earlier in the day around my front door so maybe the cat chased him up there...I can't really think of any other reason he would be on the side of my house...

I now have my lower braces on and they suck...they are tearing up my inner cheek...they also had to put composite material behind my front teeth so that it stops my lower teeth from going behind my upper teeth and biting off a bracket(I have an over bite)...well now that my lower teeth stop earlier my back molars do not touch when I bight down...so I have to eat very soft food now...
