As a reward for my perseverance I am having beer and pizza...Ok so maybe even if I would have cut my workout short I still would have had pizza and beer...
Oh, my bike ride you ask...78 and 1/3 mile in 5hrs 11min and 11sec...yea I know 15.1mph is slow, but I made the distance...at about the 30 mile point I was feeling nauseous so I stopped eating my clif shots and just stuck to gatoraid...I need to find an energy gel that does not up set my stomach...

geez.. beer and pizza... ugh i can't eat that stuff anymore
So how's the healing going? Sounds like you must be doing pretty well, if you're out doing 80 mile rides.
