If you need a plan on how to not workout then I have one for you:
1. come home from work...
2. decide to take a 1hr nap before you workout
3. sleep for 2hrs and wake up feeling like shit
4. don't workout..
I did a trial run of this plan today and it worked out just fine....
In other news I saw Kill Bill vol. 2 last night and it was ok...I liked the 1st one better and I don't think I will buy vol. 2 on DVD when it comes out...
