today is shaping up to be an ok day:

1. hot tub is ready to go...yesterday I could not get it to work...ice in the lines I think.

2. had an ok swim this morning.

3. looks like the weather will be good for my long run later today.

4. I have a massage scheduled after my long run.

5. And maybe I'll have a little soak in the hot tub when I get home...
