Today is so bleh.

I had a huge break down last night. There was crying and a raging headache from hell in the works.
That was fun. Tommy was working and so I felt like I was basically alone, which made it worse
And then a friend came to the rescue. Someone came to help me... ME! I'm not trying to say that like, I never get help or anything, just no one ever knows how to help me except like three people. All of which were unavailable.

Like life changing moment/realization.

TODAY! Well moments ago. I had a lovely tea bath. Several bags of tea in a hot bath. That's it. While relaxing in that I listened to Incubus. I almost feel sleep, it was so good. So while I'm smelling like tea and all that. Think I;m gonna take a nap. I could use one. The moon was right outside my window, brighter than ever.
Incubus is amazing, and so was my bath... Go have a bath on me,(sorry not with me though)

Is it possible to come out of a bath as a completely different person? Reborn...?
