hell yeah!, went kayaking today. it was outstanding! so much fun of course. this seagull dove right in front of me to catch a fish, and i saw a bunch of geese take flight off the water....soo amazing! gotta love nature =]
I was a little bummed that i couldn't finish the entire route (going down this river to the long island sound). i made it down the river, but since it was really windy today it seemed best not to risk getting hit by a wave.....wouldn't want to capsize and lose the kayak (because according to my uncle the kayak is much more valuable than myself....i informed him that i am priceless hehe)



i'm hoping to get out at least one more time before it gets too chilly....which i think is quite likely to happen

and this was sort of interesting....my mom ran into my fifth grade teacher today at work. he totally remembered me too. he went on and on about how great of a writer i was..... i mean i was the only fifth grader chosen to read a short story in a packed auditorium (it was published in some literary magazine) yay achievements of my youth! but anyways i thought that was pretty cool how he still remembers me. hmm maybe i am smart and talented after all
