i like the idea that if i make it to 65+ i'll have wrinkly tattoos. i cant wait to see what the rose on my finger looks like then. i discussed this with this 40something year old guy i know from my fave bar but he didnt really get it. each tat is a moment (or a few hours) in my life, and has a purpose. its a reminder. once i have a steady job, i'm gonna get (possibly) the most meaningful one of all- a red string tied around my right index finger, at the knuckle:always remember.

i had a great day. aside from getting discouraged with my math homework (which i went to school early to do and decided could wait til tomorrow), school was great. i love the classes that are in my department- construction drawing and methods & materials of construction. i eat that shit up. i'm only mad that i dont get homework from him yet. ps, i have the same professor for both of the fun classes. and i adore him.
went out for drinks with good people after having my favorite meal from my old resto.
played good music, mostly old metal- ozzy, motorhead, dio... didnt spend a whole lot on food or drinks, makes it even better. the only thing that could make it better is if my honey was out with me but he's busy being promoted.
