I was just racially profiled
So i was on my way home after a long 10 hour day of winding tickets on little cardboard cores(I know lame ass job right) when shit went down. I get about a mile or so away from home, jammin to some Stray Cats, when I notice one of Cincinnati's finest pull out behind me on Queen City. I figure they are gonna pull over the car in front of me, its what it seemed like, but no they waited for me to make my lft turn on lovely Sunset Ave(almost home WOOT). Now i have a cop behind me and a light hill which my car has trouble getting up spmetimes so I keep it at around 25-30 mph, to keep it safe obv. I flip my turn signal indicating that i intend on turning left into Stately Sunset Garden Appartments, when BAMMMMM i see red and blue flashing lights. Heres where it gets interesting. So I'm chilling in the turn lane, trying to figure out if i should stay or pull into the complex, when I hear "Could you please turn off the vehicle?" AHH WHA??? I comply, confused as all hell. And then "Now with your left hand open your Driver Side door and set the keys on the ground." Ok I feel the bladder start to fill, and now i notice the 5 other cars with pretty flashing lights behind me. Which is followed by a lovely statment of "Now close your door and place your hands on the steering wheel." Ok now my pants have filled and I'm all wet and not in a good way. I'm sitting there for what seems like an eternity when out of the corner of my eye i see an officer approach my car. Like an upstanding citizen i inquire "What seems to be the problem officer?" which gets the kicker of the night as a a reply "We are truly sorry for the inconvenience sir, we had a report of a car similar to yours that had been recently stolen, we ran your tags and once again we are sorry." The officer asks if I was ok, I was really fucking nervous, and all i could say was "Im fine, could you please get me a change of underwear and a wetnap." He ran my license and what not to see I infact am the primary owner and driver of my vehicle. Seriously I was waiting kiss the hood of my car, piss my pants, and sue the fuck out of the Cincinnati Police Department because i was profiled, and profiling is wrong.
