I think we should have all stayed at the campsite and lived off the land. I had a fucking great time this weekend at the ECCT. I met some ridiculously bad ass people and introduced them to a bad ass game called Are You A Werewolf, not bad for a game that costs $4.26 for a set. Sure you can make your own, but half the fun is seeing the cards.

When we got there early Friday morning I didn't get a welcoming impression from the people that were either still up or just got up. Either way it didn't effect me too much, i just needed to get to WallyWorld for supplies and a nap, being in a car for that long puts a damper on your day. But after the nap i started to have some fun and drinks some beers. A big thank you to iguanagirl for the fleece vest, it kept me warm due to my dumbassness of preparing for hot and humid nights and days. The first night camp fire time was good times, lots of laughs, but i have no clue who else was there.

It was fun to dork out at the pool with Suri and her boy. Even though it reminded my broke ass that i have about a months worth of books i have yet to pick up, let alone read. Id request friendships from them but I'm really shy, so maybe i will eventually. Saturday in general was a blast from that moment on. Shower and brushing teeth is such a great start to any day. Coming back to camp and seeing a circle of people playing Apples to Apples was great, bringing games will be my thing from here on out, wherever i go. Then switching to Werewolf really made the day. Until the food and Wet T-shirt contest. The feast on Saturday was uberamazing (I've only used that word for one other thing, and she's my fiance now, so it must mean I really liked it). And cramming all of us in nullGetFighteds tent to play even more Werewolf made it even better of a day

I really hated to leave I had met so many amazing people most of which I would have never had even thought of ever meeting if not for this trip. Our car consisted of our lovely car renter/inviter _Tab, PixieDuzt, aDorkable and halfjack all made the start of the trip so much fun, even though it took forever to get there.People like JustBlaze, Laerkai, and our tent neighbors are all great people to have met and i hope to see them all next year. As well as anyone who got into the games. If I forgot to mentions some names I apologize, too many people to namedrop, but you all were great to be around.

But with all good comes bad. On the way home a got a call from the person who makes the schedule for the store. I knew i was opening Monday morning(8:45am), no problem. But when she called back and asked if i minded coming in later to close that night made it feel like I was being punished because i wanted to go away for a weekend. Throw in a 10 hour car ride, with me driving the 2nd leg, and I so set to open a damn store then close it up that night...boy howdy...anyways. Sitting in a car for a combined total of a day really put a pain in my ass literally, my ass hurt for a couple of days. But the shift started out ok, until shit hit the fan. Our GM is a dumb ass, he has no use what so ever, and he's stirring a pot of shit just to see if it smells(won't bore you with details just yet, but soon). And the lady had to come in at 4 for her shift, she calls and says shes gonna be a little late, fine 15 more minutes wont kill me. But she called back and left a message to the GM that she was gonna be later than expected, she had a flat tire. To make a long story short, i got this message an hour and a half after the message was received. making me have to work 5 hours longer than the car ride back, minus the fun. Im starting to hate my job.

Before the weekend I pondered not renewing my membership, after the weekend and meeting all these great people in person changed my mind. Thank you all.

well that enough, I miss everyone already, I hope to make it next year
