I'm not sleeping well these days. And when I do I'm sleeping with ghosts. I wake up in a panic with the feeling like i need to be somewhere. I pace for an hour then fall asleep again. I do this a few times a night....and my dreams have been absent.
I have this anxiety that keeps building and building....i feel like i'm being torn apart by some unseen force. I try to keep busy with work and the conviction of staying sober. I'm struggling with exhaustion. This last week I got a total of 11 hours of sleep. I don;t know what's wrong, why I can't relax...my feelings are uneasy and eerily frantic.
I wish I knew why.

maybe it has to do with not being inebriated or high. it's quite an adjustment to make. anxiety strikes many 20-somethings, for some reason. you'll pull through.
