New Quinne set! YAY! So damned cute too!
Nothing much to report on. Just got back from my friend's house. She calls me and asks if I could come over and watch the baby while she takes a shower. "I can't remember the last time i took a shower! That's not good!" How do you say no to that? lol So I'm sittin there holding this sleeping baby, and he is the cutest damn thing you've ever seen! He makes me feel all maternal! I know I don't want any right now but he may be skewing my views on never having any.... I donno. It'd have to be with the right person... I donno ifi could do what she is doing. I'm all for single motherhood, my mom is a single mother, but having absolutely no contact with the father must be so psychologically hard!
ANYWAY.... moving on. Almost done with classes for the summer. Just a few responses to write and i'm finished. I've conceded to failing my philosophy class cuz i'm not reading 400 pages in 2 days and writing a paper in one. Forget that. It is definately a lost quarter.
Need to take a shower and shave and redye my hair i think...this will prolly be the washing that kills the color. It usually only lasts through about 4 or 5 with decent color left over. I have two more bottles of the dye sitting in my room. My friend's mom works at a store and they were going on clearance so she picked up 4 of them for 8 bucks. w00t.
I am just blabbering about absolutely nothing. I've done nothing productive with my day.... I think I prefer being at work than wasting my day doing nothing....for now at least, until I start to hate the place with inevitably happens.
Oh, so holy crap! My friend calls me today to tell me that this place she does taste tests for is doing some study that pays 135 bucks for wearing a little patch on my upper arm for 12ish weeks. Hell yeah imma take that offer! So I go tomorrow around 12:30 to get my first patch and I have a taste test thursday for which i get paid 10 dollars... hell, i could use 10 dollars. I think imma like this place. lol
Ok, I am bored. I wanna go and do something! I wanna hang out with people.... oh wells.
