on saturday i finally got my taper into my ear. it goes from 7/16ths to 1/2 inch. it is surgical stainless steel and really heavy so it stretched too fast.

this morning during my bath i got it all the way through but my ear was all bloody and stiff and painful. so i suppose i have to leave this thing in for a few more days to let that heal up before i go to my peircer and have her stretch it a little more so i can get my sexy new lotus flower plugs in. they're double flared so i dont think they're going to go in w/o a lil more help or ear tearing.

i dont want to tear it anymore. once i get these in, this is the size i'm staying at for atleast the next year.

i wish i could post pics of my hellacious taper but suffice to say it looks horrendous. it hurts pretty fucking bad too.

in other news:

i'm having fun being single. its new for me. not really something i'm entirely used to.

i suppose its made easier by still sharing a room and a bed w/ the ex who is still my bestfriend.

first time since i was 14 that i'm not actively looking for someone. that and my standards are now so freakishly high that i'll be suprised if i meet someone i want to date any time soon.

p.s. my bestfriends cat has orange balls. its funny.
